ARBITRATION TRANSLATION: It must be carried out by a Professional Translator, member of the Translators Association of Peru and selected by the Organismo Supervisor de las Contrataciones del Estado - OSCE (State Contracting Supervising Office) of the Sistema Nacional de Arbitraje - SNA (National Arbitration System). The translation bears the Professional Translator's signature and seal.
OFFICIAL TRANSLATION: It must be carried out by a Public Sworn Translator authorized by the Department of Foreign Affairs. The translation bears the Public Sworn Translator's signature and seal.
SPECIAL TRANSLATION: It must be carried out by a Foreign Citizen and certified by a Professional Translator, if there is no official translator in a specific language. The translation bears the Foreign Citizen and the Professional Translator's signatures and seals. It is also recorded at the Department of Foreign Affairs.
GENERAL TRANSLATION: It is carried out by a Professional Translator. The translation is not signed or sealed.
